Wow! This park was stunning and we defiantly did not scratch surface with all this park has to offer, but we accomplished our goal of hiking the Narrows. More to come, but first setting up camp.

This time we were greeted with deer as we entered the park.

Setting up camp. This camp was a walk-in campsite, so we took the bare minimum needed and set up camp. We made quesadillas and refried beans for dinner on the outdoor stove.

View from our campground.

Then we hiked Watchman trail.

Then we were off to bed to rest up for the Narrows.

Morning Glories at our campsite the next morning.

Gearing up to go. Yes, that is Ry’s true feelings about this hike.

The Virgin River that runs through the canyon.

The nice paved path leading up to the Narrows. Riverview trail a paved 1.1 mile hike.

The start of the Narrows.

Whew it is COLD!

Pressing on.

Gorgeous scenery.

Do they look cold?

Ry dying out in the sun on the way back.

On the paved trail back.

We did 6 miles round trip of the Narrows at Zion National Park. Our kiddos did an amazing job. Now we are off to the Dinosaur National Monument in Utah.
