Winter brought lots of new experiences and some old favorites. We explored Hatcher’s Pass area on ATV’s with snow tracks.

We got to ride on a dog sled.

We hiked Thunderbird Falls, which brought about some unique ways to traverse the path.

We hiked toward Portage Glacier. The clear skies provided beautiful views of the mountains.

The kiddos built forts in the backyard.

Is a winter complete without visiting the Musk Ox Farm? These big, lazy creatures were fun to watch.

Keep a look out for us at the next Winter Olympics. We’ll maybe not, but we did learn to curl.

The moose have been pretty active this season.

So glad we got to explore the nature of this beautiful state in the winter despite the fact that it is very, very COLD, we have had a great time.
