Party of 6

Adventuring and traveling with a family of 6

Pilsen, Czech Republic

This name might sound familiar. The famous Pilzner beer originated in this town, and the locals sure are proud.

We started our day at a Czech McDonalds.

We then went to the Pilsen Zoo which of course had animals, but also had a dinosaur park. Ry was in heaven.

There was a kid’s carnival the day we were there.

The city of Pilsen is built on an underground labyrinth of tunnels. The tunnels have over 300 wells, were used to store beer, and were used during several wars and battles as a hiding place and to send secret messages.

Lastly, we visited St. Bartholomew’s Church and climbed the 301 stairs to the top and got a beautiful bird’s eye view of Pilsen.
